We aim to collect as little as possible. Our contact form does not transmit data to us; it prepares a message that you send yourself by email. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in the message. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security purposes.

How we use it

We use your email only to reply to you and, where relevant, to improve our guides. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless an ongoing matter requires otherwise. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
